A client relationship begins only when BRW and the client enter into a separate written agreement governing the engagement.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms and a separate written client agreement, the client agreement controls with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

BRW's services are designed to assist executives in identifying, accessing, and pursuing potential professional opportunities.

BRW does not control hiring decisions, board appointments, compensation decisions, employer decisions, market conditions, or the actions of third parties.

No statement on this website constitutes a promise or guarantee that a visitor or client will receive an offer, obtain employment, secure a board appointment, receive a particular level of compensation, or achieve any other specific result.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising solely from use of this website are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising solely from use of the website that is not governed by a separate BRW client agreement will be subject to the applicable state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Any dispute relating to an actual BRW client engagement will instead be governed by the dispute provisions contained in the applicable written client agreement.

BRW may revise these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted to the website unless otherwise stated.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever the Terms are materially revised.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
